Have you ever done a mixtape before? If yes – when was the first time and for which person? If not – why not and for which person would you do one?
I probably gave my first mixtape to a boy I liked, but my mum got most of them for her birthdays; she was the one who taught me. I recorded her friend who played “Bamse” on harmonica and guitar and that inspired me to make my first mixtape with awesome kid songs.
Which format would you prefer for your mixtape: Cassette, CD, digital playlist?
Cassette for nostalgia, I’m romantic.
Insider tips that the listener won’t know or mainstream hits?
Both.
Sad/emotional or dance/party songs?
Sexy.
Listing songs one after the other or planning a tonal climax?
Sometimes you wanna cut to the chase but a build up is always nice. I wanna be drawn in and taken on a journey.
